         ELJMC is a institution where in the youth that poor but deserving to send in school this institution was having a objective to help the poor youth but deserving to study.The government aim to help the youth of Novo Ecijanos to go to school.The government establish this institution to help the youth and their family to overcome or to have a good life by the help of our government.
         
          This school was the way to develop the province by the student study here.This institution give a high quality of education in fact by the years that ELJMC establish the student gave a  pay back in terms of giving the high rate of the passing in the LET exam and almost all the graduate here are employed because of the having a high quality education that the institution  gave to the student that is their way to reach their goal in life.
        
           This institution was defeat the other colleges here in Cabanatuan city and take note one of the student who is passing the LET exam was belong to the top 4 rank.Imagine how this institution is great to produce a high quality education to the student and they flourish their knowledge to the student here at ELJMC.When this institution was raised a lot of young people gave a opportunity to level up their life.

      
            ELJMC has a great plan, to those poor people  to help them by the contribution of their children who passed the CAST in this institution.When they passed this entrance exam they are lucky because their is a lot of people want to study here but not all the young people are not meant to study here so some people lucky who passed the examination.The student that study here are really have a strong determination to survive in their life so  they study hard to meet their goal and to be their dream came true.
